Individual therapy session (allow 1 hour) - usually booked on a weekly basis. The session will take place either online via Google Meet or phone cal, or in person in my tranquil therapy room in central Exeter.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel or reschedule a session with less than 24 hours notice, then you will have to pay for the session.
